VALEXTRA 판매 규정 

 

[입장]
• 초대장 없이 입장 불가합니다.
• 타인에게 초대장을 판매하거나 양도하는 것은 금지합니다.
• 인스타그램, 페이스북, 네이버, 카카오톡 등을 포함한 모든 소셜 미디어에 행사 정보 및 판매 제품 등의 게시는 금지합니다. 발각 즉시 행사 참가 자격을 박탈하며 모든 구입이 취소됩니다. 또한 향후 관련 이벤트에서 제외됩니다.

[상품과 가격]
• 개인적 혹은 비공식적 경로를 포함하여 모든 형태의 재판매 행위는 엄격히 금지 됩니다.
• 교환, 환불 및 A/S 불가. 구매 직후 반드시 상태를 확인합니다.
• 모든 상품은 “있는 그대로” 판매되며, 일부 부속품 누락될 수 있습니다.
• 최종 판매가격은 체크아웃에서 결정이 됩니다.
• 행사 도중 판매가격이 조정이 될 수 있으며, 이미 결제된 주문건에 대해서는 클레임이 불가합니다.

[결제 및 배송]
• 본인 명의 신용카드 결제만 가능합니다 (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), 해외발급 카드 계산이 가능합니다.
• KRW 결제만 가능하며, 배송은 주문 후 1~2주 소요될 수 있습니다.
• 5만원 이상 구매 시 무료 배송, 그 이하의 경우 5,000원의 배송료 (도서 산간지역 및 제주자치도의 경우100,000원 이상 구매 시 무료 배송, 그 이하 구매 시10,000원 배송료) 부과됩니다.
• 한 아이디로 여러개 구매하였을 때에는, 환경을 위해 포장재를 줄이고 재판매 방지를 위해 한박스로 나가게 됩니다.

[일반 조항]
• OnTheList Korea 행사 도중 언제든 제품 판매를 제한하거나 중지할 수 있는 절대적인 재량 권한을 지닙니다.
• 회사는 행사장 입장 및 제품 판매, 또는 이와 관련된 분쟁에 대해 최종 결정을 내릴 권한이 있습니다.

Terms & Conditions

[Admissions]
• Admission is strictly by invitation only.
• Sale or transfer of invitation to others is strictly forbidden.
• No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Naver, Kakaotalk, etc. Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and exempt from all future OnTheList events.

[Product & Pricing]
• Reselling of items, through any channel including informal/personal means are strictly forbidden.
• Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services on items purchased will NOT be accepted.
• All products will be sold in “as is” condition and may have parts/accessories missing.
• Final prices are determined at checkout.
• Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.

[Payment & Shipment]
• Payment by own credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and in KRW only.
• Order will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed.
• Free delivery on orders above 50,000KRW and amount below will be charged 5,000KRW shipping & handling fee. For territories out of normal delivery services & Jeju Island, free delivery on orders above 100,000KRW and amount below will be charged 10,000KRW.
• If multiple purchases are made with a single ID, the packaging will be reduced for environmental reasons, and the items will be shipped together to prevent resale.

[General Provisions]
• OnTheList may in its absolute discretion, restrict or stop the sale of products and the quantity or purchase (notwithstanding the quota at any time during this sales event).
• The Company reserves the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.
